i've been thinking lately about this move back to mass

not looking forward to:
working
seeing certain people
being the only person in berkshire county
with dreadlocks

so not looking forward to
the streets in which
hold so many memories of a time
when i believed forever to be some other than a fairytale ending

looking forward to:
seeing old buds
raving in springfield
smoking
the hundred dollars tim bet
me that i wouldnt go to PA first
tim himself.

but the memories those streets have
lingering like
the pungent aroma of a movie theater
a mix of both good and bad
love and hate.

but i say fuck it
mind as well have a good time.
